Innovators in Turf Maintenance

..use your triplex greensmower for more than just mowing...
The GT 190 Counter Rotating Random verti- cutter is unique, as the blades counter rotate and are mounted at an angle on the main shaft. Because of these features the material (e.g. POA ANNUA) is pulled out over the full width, without leaving continuous slits. Depth 0-6 mm (0-1/4).
The 6 tine sections at the Gt 210 are mounted on a driven cam shaft. When this shaft is driven by the (hydraulic) motor, the rolling spikes start to vibrate. This vibration hammers the spike in the soil, cracks the soil and leaves a nice hole. The maximum working depth is 35 mm (1-1/2).
The GT 214 works the same as the GT 210 Vibe Spiker. In stead of spikes, the GT214 is equipped with very thin slicer blades. Due to the vibration (caused by the driven cam shaft), the blades cut easily through the turf and leave a very clean cut upto 35 mm deep (1-1/2). The side-to-side slit distance is 42 mm (1.65).
The GT 230 Core Dethatcher is very popular, as it is a very efficient, fast and clean way of getting rid off your thatch, using your greensmower. The GT230 makes a clean true-cut, compared to a regular verticut head who works like a rotary mower. Now the turf heals much faster. Depth up to 25 mm(1) and over 4 million holes per hour.
The GT300 Vibe Smoother is another way of smoothening/ speeding up your green. Instead of rolling, the GT300 has vibrating shoes, that push vertically down, like we would do with our own foot. As the 6 shoes are well timed, it is a quiet operation with a high, adjustable impact.
Due to the unique gearbox, the GT 250 collecting brush rotates at a lower speed and against the drive direction. That makes it a very efficient brush for collecting tree needles, cores, redundant sand etc. It can also brush-in topdress sand, brush-up your dense turf and remove the dew.
The patented GT410 spike seeder has a vibrating spike technology like the GT210. This vibration guarantees a perfect hole. The seed is fed in front of the spike , is picked up by the spike and planted while the hole is made. So perfect soil contact and high germination rates. Works at mowing speed. Dosing starts at 1.0 gr/mē (0.2 lbs/1000).
The GT414 uses the same patented technique as we use for the GT410 seeder. We only use wider spikes for a longer hole, another dosing shaft for coarser seeds and a free floating rear brush. These items help in getting the bigger seeds, like fescue, nicely buried in the soil. Dosing rates start 2.0 gr/mē (0.4 lbs/1000).
