Some possible applications (more are available or can be developped) :
EDGE CUTTING:
The PuT 11 head is a rolling sharp disk, mounted on an driven eccenter shaft. The vibration make the perfect cut. The rolling disk rolls easily over hard objects.
The PuT 12 head has a vibrating L shaped knife, which cut the bottom side as well.
Maredo has a regular verticutter (PuT 20), who rotates forward and leaves the material on the surface.
The PuT 180 however, counter rotates, so the cut material is collected in the collecting box. Two brushes ( included in the rotating shaft), clean the surfare perfectly.
Our PuT 250, collecting brush, has also a counter rotating shaft with brushes, which collect the material ( on the turf or hard surface) directly into the collecting box.
Very popular is our artificial turf cleaner. At the moment the artificial turf has weeds, moss, algea, it is almost impossible to clean with brushes.
The PuT 26 head works with special shaped disks, which includes brushes as well. The disks remove the tough durt from the artificial turf, while the brushes sweep the durt into the standard collecting box.
Another popular head is the reciprogating aerifier. Standard the PuT 23 corer head is equipped with hollow tines, who can work up to a depth of 50 mm (2"). Ideal for gardens and (small) golf courses.
The GT 412 is the an overseeder head which has vibrating spikes, who create nice holes due to the vibration. The seed is guided into the hole.
The PuT 60 powerunit has some nice features. The machine with the head is locked in tranport position, which makes it easy to move around, specially in combination with the steer able front wheel.
Because the right side of the head lines up with the right side of the power unit, we can work close to the borders.
A drawback is that the head is bolted in the frame, so it doesn't follow the undulation as good as the ST 63 powerunit. Also the rear wheel drive over the work just done. That is solved with the ST 63, as the front wheel is in front of the head and the heads pivot in the main frame.
